Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged, if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01923 271 019.
Purchase of Retail Products
Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
Prepaid Courses of Treatments
Have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
TreatCard - Our Loyalty Reward Card
TreatCard points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your TreatCard must not be transferred to a third party. Points can only be redeemed on certain treatments. Your TreatCard cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. All client TreatCards remain the property of Manor Beauty. Manor Beauty reserves the right to without notice: a. terminate the scheme b. decline to issue Loyalty cards c. withdraw or cancel the loyalty card or scans collected d. alter or amend the terms & conditions of the Manor Beauty TreatCard scheme.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for time written on the Gift Voucher and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only during salon opening hours. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition(s) and all other contraindications which are not listed on the pre-screen form including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Please understand that we can cannot accommodate for children under 5 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. We only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client.
Most credit and debit Cards are accepted and cash, American Express and Cheques are not accepted.
Patch testing required for clients.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Your right to cancel
The following terms apply to all appointments made for Monday to Saturday.
At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment , our treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, clients are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01923 271 019. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - please leave us a message. This will be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible confirming your cancellation.
Our right to cancel
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone - where possible.
